Job Summary
Our office team is comprised of a small team that rely heavily on each other to keep business running smoothly. Our customer service representative is an intricate part of this team. This role is responsible for daily office functions such as; answering the phone, taking messages, prioritizing email inbox, maintaining office files and contracts as well as general scheduling. This is a detail-oriented position and will require periods of multitasking.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory level. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Answer and route calls in priority order regarding general business matters or department specific.
- Transfer calls, and messages and schedule appointments in a timely manner.
- Prioritize daily email inboxes.
- Schedule and research customers within our internal system.
- Maintain company files both in the office and online.
- Work with dispatch to ensure the schedule can accommodate requested services.
- Assist with other office duties as you learn more about our services.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able to sit or stand for four (4) or more hours
- Must be computer proficient
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Summary
Our treatment facility team is currently seeking a general laborer to be our go-to person for various tasks. This person must be motivated and work well with others, team work makes the dream work! These tasks can vary depending on the day, weather, and time of year.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory level. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Able to handle hands-on and sometimes physically demanding tasks
- Able to dig, move large and heavy objects, and work in all weather conditions
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment at our facility and sometimes on-site
- Responsible for cleaning and organizing company portable toilets at our facility
- Provide assistance to drivers as needed
- Ensure all equipment is clean and stored properly
- Work closely with shop foreman and dispatch to ensure all tasks are being completed in a timely manner
- Responsible for helping the shop Foreman to maintain a safe and clean treatment facility
- Able to operate heavy machinery in compliance with the Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA)
- Promptly communicates any safety issues to the shop foreman or dispatch
- Able to complete all tasks assigned in a safe and timely manner
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Can understand, read and write English
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- A clean driving record is preferred
