Job Summary
Our office team is comprised of a small team that relies heavily on each other to keep business running smoothly. Our customer service representative is an intricate part of this team. This role is responsible for daily office functions such as; answering the phone, taking messages, prioritizing email inbox, maintaining office files and contracts as well as general scheduling. This is a detail-oriented position and will require periods of multitasking.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory level. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Answer and route calls in priority order regarding general business matters or department specific.
- Transfer calls, and messages and schedule appointments in a timely manner.
- Prioritize daily email inboxes.
- Schedule and research customers within our internal system.
- Maintain company files both in the office and online.
- Work with dispatch to ensure the schedule can accommodate requested services.
- Assist with other office duties as you learn more about our services.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must be able to sit or stand for four (4) or more hours
- Must be computer proficient
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Summary
Our CDL-B drivers need to safely operate heavy-duty trucks and perform assigned duties on designated routes. Our CDL-B drivers are responsible for pre-trip preparation, loading prep, and transporting large, portable toilets, residential/commercial septic waste, and grease. CDL-B drivers will need to safely navigate driveways, alleyways, lots, high traffic and congested roadways, overhead passes, and construction sitesThis person must be motivated and work well with others, teamwork makes the dream work!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Operates vehicle in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as well as all local, state, and federal requirements and Company expectations for the Fleet; maintains a clean and safe vehicle.
- Performs pre-and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle using utilizing standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report); notes all issues on DVIR form for corrective review/repair.
- Immediately reports any unsafe situations or service calls to Dispatch before attempting service.
- Participates and cooperates in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required by Dispatch.
- Works closely with Dispatch to improve route efficiencies and identify problems or unsafe accounts.
- Performs all duties as scheduled by Dispatch, assisting other company drivers as directed.
- Notifies Dispatch of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
- Notifies Dispatch of issues as prescribed by Service Machine protocol, including blocked containers, potential missed pick-ups, or problems that arise on the route.
- Communicates customer requests or issues to Dispatch.
- Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customer’s location clean and free of debris.
- Completes and submits customer tickets when excess yardage must be removed.
- Positions containers on the customer’s property in a manner that ensures lids are properly replaced, containers are set in an upright position, and containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic.
- Follows route assignments throughout the day and completes all documentation when checking in at the end of the route.
- Performs all duties as scheduled by Dispatcher and assists others.
Qualifications/Certifications/Licenses/Registrations/Other requirements:
- Current Commercial Drivers License B (CDL)
- Successfully complete pre-employment DOT
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a clean driving record (less than 8 points)
- Must pass clearing house
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
